Drink Water

· It's so important to keep ourselves hydrated. This is not always easy to recognise particularly if we're feeling distracted and stressed, keep a glass or bottle with you.


· If you drink tea or coffee then remember to drink water in between. These can often make us feel hydrated due to the caffeine boost, but it's important to drink water alongside this.


Sugary food and drink and large meals use up a lot of water to process. If you feel sluggish in the 24 hours after consuming you may be a bit dehydrated- have a glass of water and see if that perks you up.
